Top Locations for Professional Real Estate Agent Headshots in Bend, Oregon { 2026 List}.
Selecting a location for your headshot session doesn’t have to be stressful. There are so many possibilities for your realtor headshots here in Bend, Oregon. When you are pondering headshot locations, consider where you might use these images and what message you want to convey to your audience. The real estate industry is a saturated market (like photography) so make sure to consider how you may standout with these images.
Here are a few favorite locations for your headshot session:
- Outdoors. Bend is an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. It’s highly likely your future clients may be nature lovers. What better way to appear relatable than being photographed at one of your favorite parks! Some local gems are Drake Park, Shevlin Park or Dillon Falls.
- In a studio. Depending on your photographer, they may have their own studio space or can rent a local space.
- Co-working space. Typically, these spaces are modern and photo ready. The Haven Coworking and Work-Collective are a couple of spaces in Bend. Kiln is a new space scheduled to open this year!
- Your home or a friend’s home. If your home is tidy and has some nice window light, this could be the perfect choice for your photo session.
- Staged home. Perhaps you have a great listing on the market that can be used (with owner’s permission of course). As an real estate agent I’m sure you have great connections.
- Local coffee shop.
- Cityscape. Bend may not be a big city but if you want an urban-scape there are some great pockets in Bend to use as your backdrop to create an urban and modern feel.
- Your favorite neighborhood. Utilize a local neighborhood (Tetherow, NWX, Awbrey Butte, Summit West) to reflect your specialty.
When planning your headshot or personal branding session, I highly recommend bringing along multiple outfits with the intention of having at least one outfit change depending on your session length.
Local Real Estate Broker – Amanda Ferrari
Meet Amanda Ferrari, local Real Estate Broker at Duke Warner. If you are in the market to buy a home in Bend or are considering a move to Central Oregon, I highly recommend giving Amanda a follow.
For Amanda’s session we were lucky enough to use her friend’s gorgeous, recently built home on Bend’s West Side. As you can see from the photos from our session Amanda chose to utilize multiple outfits to create three distinct looks. The home fit her vibe perfectly and even came with a little pup who wanted to model in some of the images. 😉
